Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact Unison Ridge for instructions on how to uninstall the GFCI safety outlets and return them to any Home Hardware store for a refund. For more information, consumers can contact Unison Ridge by telephone at 1-877-857-3879, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday (bilingual service available), by email at info@gfcirecall-rappelddft.ca or visit the company website. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
