Consumers should not use the bassinet inlay of the Bugaboo Stardust Play Yard without the accompanying mattress support board. Consumers should contact Bugaboo to receive a free kit to eliminate the possibility of removing the bassinet mattress support board.For more information, consumers can contact Bugaboo International BV by telephone at 1-800-460-2922, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, by email at service.us@bugaboo.com or visit the company website. French speaking customers, please use the email above and Bugaboo will schedule a call with you. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
