Reason / Defects: In some cups the base of the cup may detach. Hazards: If the base of the cup detaches while containing hot liquid, the user may be burnt or scalded. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the cup and return the cup to the place of purchase to receive a full refund. Alternatively, consumers can contact Biopak to organise a refund.
