Reason / Defects: The shoe’s heel may become detached during wear without warning. Hazards: Risk of serious injury from falls if the shoe’s heel detaches while being worn. Incidents of the heel detaching have occurred. What to do: Stop wearing the heels immediately. Contact the FRANKIE4 Customer Care team to arrange to return the heels and receive a full refund issued to your original payment method. The return will be arranged at no cost to you. Alternatively, return the heels to any FRANKIE4 Concept Store . If you have gifted or resold your Amara heels, please pass this notice on to the person who received the heels.
