Hazards: If the blinds are installed incorrectly the cord/bead chains can create a strangulation hazard to children. What to do: Consumers should contact Visionary Blinds to make arrangements for either: a) Copies of the correct warning and installation labels to be sent to them for attachment to the blinds, or b) A technician to come and re affix the warning and installation labels.
