Consumers that are using the original seat post should stop using the bicycle immediately and return it to their nearest 99 Bikes store for a replacement seat post. Consumers that are in remote areas and unable to go to their nearest store should contact 99 Bikes on 1800 990 523 to arrange a replacement part to be sent to them.
