What to do: The Kapex KS 88 and KS 120 mitre saws should be disconnected from the mains power when not in use. Owners of potentially affected mitre saws should unplug their saw from the mains power and check whether their saw is affected by entering their saw's part number and serial number in the online search form at https://www.festool.com/campaigns/microsites/retrofit-au#KAPEXretrofit Owners of affected saws should contact Festool via www.festool.com/retrofit or Tooltechnic by phone on 1300 063 900 to register their details for free modification of the saw to make them safe.
