What to do: Consumers should cease using the product and turn off all electrical power to the pool or spa, then unplug their Delta UV Generator from the power source. Endless Pools US will contact affected consumers and request consumers to provide further information and advise complete instructions. Consumers with affected appliances should contact the Australian distributor Fastlane Pools Customer Service on 1300 161 728 or email swim@fastlanepools.com.au to register their details to be advised of remedial actions when they are available as the remedial process has not yet been finalised.
