What to do: Consumers should immediately disconnect the ballast from the power supply. Check the part number on the left side of the ballast. If the part number is WU-ES7, consumers should contact Puretec on sales@puretecgroup.com or by phone on 1300 140 140 to arrange a replacement ballast for the UV system.
