TranslatedReason / Defects: Pressure washing can cause water to penetrate the seal around the battery's control panel and may cause a short circuit. Hazards: A short circuit increases the risk of a fire, which may result in injury or property damage. What to do: To determine whether a battery pack is affected by this recall, remove the battery pack and check the label printed on it. For instructions on how to remove and check the battery pack, please visit www.specialized.com/safety-notices Affected products should not be charged or used. Consumers should return affected battery packs to their nearest authorised Specialized retailer for a repair, free of charge.
