If the Cocoon was manufactured in July 2018 or before and does not have an ‘R’ mark, then it is affected. The manufacturing date can be found by checking the warning sticker on the back of the high chair or by checking the Compliance Sticker under the tray. This will be in the format - (MF) MM/YYYY Consumers with affected products should contact Lupipop Kids Pty Ltd to arrange a replacement product.
