These types of products are banned under Consumer Protection Notice 20 of 2011 - Permanent ban on yo-yo water balls and similar products. Hazards: The cord can stretch and may wind around a child’s neck, especially if swung around the head, and pose a risk of strangulation. The highly elastic and ‘sticky’ nature of the cord can constrict breathing if wound tightly. What to do: Consumers should cease using the product immediately and return the product to their nearest Best & Less store for a full refund.
