Consumers should register for a remedy by e-mailing recall@cwproducts.com.au and provide the following information: - Name - Phone number or email address - Address - Qty of impacted transmitters supplied - Retailer from which the remotes were purchased CW Products will then contact you by reply e-mail to arrange remediation of the affected products. For further information or assistance please contact CW products by e-mailing recall@cwproducts.com.au or by phone on 08 8341 0120. Please note that the supplier is expecting replacement parts to be available from February 2023.
