KRUPS models 238 "PowerX" and 239 "PowerX Plus" blenders, were sold nationwide in department and specialty stores from September 1993 through October 1994 for about $40.00 and $60.00 each, respectively.Due to the potential for serious injury, all consumers who own these blenders should immediately stop using the blenders for any purpose and discard their blades even if there are no signs of blade damage.
