Hazards: If the switch is in the "door" position, there is a risk of an electrical fire inside the canopy, increasing the risk of injury or property damage. This could occur at any time, even when the vehicle is switched off. What to do: Check the brand and serial number of your canopy to determine if it is affected by this recall (as per Attachment 1 below). If your canopy is affected, immediately contact the place of purchase to organise an appointment to have the light fitting repaired, free of charge. Park affected vehicles in an open space and away from flammable materials and structures, i.e. not in a garage.
